What is the membership arrangement for Club Quarters hotels?
Tim F. asked:
I work at a small firm (5 people) that travels to the Club Quarters cities (NYC, Boston Chicago, etc.) for at least 20 nights per year. And, we have clients coming into DC for meetings nearly weekly.

Is Club Quarters membership worth while for a firm our size?
Would our clients be able to use our rates when they travel to DC?
How is the membership fee structured?

I’ve investigated Club Quarters but wound up not joining because I don’t travel to their location often enough to merit joining.
Club membership doesn’t cost anything, per se, but your nightly rates depend on how many nights in a year you’re going to contractually obligate yourself to. And you DO have to obligate your organization to utilizing the number of room-nights in a year that you contract for.
I didn’t see anything in the materials I read that would prohibit your clients from using Club Quarters under your membership. I would think that sort of thing would be encouraged, actually.
It’s a great concept. If they had more locations (places where I frequently travel), I’d be in.
