Is it worth getting a membership at Costco just to buy eyeglasses?

I’m not really interested in getting bulk items, but I’ve heard that they have really good prices for eyeglasses. Is the saving great enough to pay for a yearly membership just to buy some glasses? Does BJs or any of the others have similar prices? I know that BJs offers a free trial membership.

    no it is not worth a yearly membership. check around town there are some places that will give you one pair of sun glasses if you parches a regular pair. and you don’t have to be a member of anything

    I think the first question should be…is it worth buying glasses from Costco.

    You don’t have to be a member of Costco to use the optical department.
