What “at home” exercises can I do at home after I cancel my gym membership?
Blue Eyes asked:
I decided to cancel my gym membership. Its getting too expensive. So, as an alternative, I decided to do some exercises at home. Does anyone have suggestions on how to do at home exercises for my: abs, butt, thights, tri-ceps and bi-ceps? I am willing to buy some equipment to help me out, just as long as its not too expensive.

Do the same free weight exercises you did at the gym. buy some dumbells, a simple bench and a mat. That and some nice walks in the evenings should do you fine.

Hi,
I’ve tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don’t work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it’s actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it’s 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That’s why I recommend you check this product at where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Depending upon how much you are willing to invest, and how much space you have available for a workout area you may want to consider getting an exercises bike (I got a cheap one from wally world for under $200 and it’s worked great for over three years).
I’d also suggest investing in a few good workout videos. I’ve loved the Walk Away the Pounds DVDs with Leslie Sansone. You can get them in various intensities and lengths of time. And she’s designed them so you can get a good upper body workout just by adding hand weights.
In addition to hand weights you should be able to find yoga equipment, exercise bands, exercise balls, etc for reasonable prices at any Wal-Mart, Target, Kmart, etc (just don’t expect to get gym quality equipment from them).
If you can afford to invest a little bit more, and have the space, I’d also suggest looking at treadmills or elliptical machines (again, don’t expect to find gym quality equipment for a reasonable price - their more expensive because they are designed to take the abuse of a heavy duty use). These can also give you a great workout.
Good luck!
