lol ask them, I doubt any parent would deny their kid a chance to improve themselves. if it’s a money/driving thing, chip in or try to find other ways to get their until you get your license.
you could try to guilt them into it espcially if you’re kinda lazy now, or you can ask one or both of them to go with you so they feel kinda obligated to

the first thing is if i was a myself and the only way i would buy my daughter a membership is so she could take care of herself i wouldn’t let her so she could look good for her boyfriend it might even help if they think u feel bad about how u look and are depressed about most parents conscience will take the best of them and they may feel obligated to buy u one ( hope i helped )

omg i’ve been asking my parents for one for months. they just tell me that i have a few weights i can work out at home. lame. try making a chart or something and make them listen to what you have to say maybe they will go for it.
