Get a better job so you can afford one. You go to college? High school? Both those places probably have gyms that are free to students.

Pushups dude. I was scrawny too, then I started this pushup routine. I gained 10 lbs of muscle in 5 weeks. Pushups work nearly every muscle in your body and you get hard abs. It’s hard at first, but it works. You’ll see:

    Good luck!

There’s plenty of stuff you can do. Honestly, focus on pushups, pullups, and core work and you’ll look great.

For toning upper arms specifically, do pushups, bicep curls, and triceps extensions.

Here’s a few things you can do to get in shape:

    3. Keep up the cardio. Remember to switch up intensity and duration. I suggest running, that’s my favorite. Don’t run every day, though. Alternate with swimming or biking, etc.

    4. Incorporate a good core routine (planks, sit ups, leg raises, and some lower back exercises), pushups, pull ups, squats.

    5. I get a lot of stuff from runnersworld.com, they have running plans and workout videos.

Do all that and you’ll look good.

The formula for losing weight is simple - eat less and workout more - the problems appear when we really try to put that into operation! There are loads of temptations in the real world aren’t there?! The one thing which definitely showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials left, it has been highlighted in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I shed 30 pounds, it definitely does produce results!
